There is a strange ulcer in my mouth. It doesn't hurt and it's surface is normal like the rest of mouth. It feels like there is a small sac filled with fluid trapped inside my skin. What could this be and which specialist should I visit? Should I be worried?

There are multiple causes and different types of ulcers occurring in the mouth. Do not let it undiagnosed by an expert. You must consult an Oral Medicine specialist who deals with such infections in the mouth.
Alternatively you may consult personally through Practo consult with an Oral Medicine expert.
