Mouth ulcers are mostly due to excessive stress and tension.Do meditation and yoga at times . Take lot of water intake .Avoid hot spicy foods .Take vitamin supplement at night time. Apply mucopain gel twice daily for a week .
Get a check up as clinical examination is required to advise you. Meanwhile apply hexigel or dologel on the affected area. Avoid hot and spicy food. Take a vitamin bcomplex tablet daily
