Since u r 9 weeks pregnant, u should be taking your prenatal vitamins which should also include vit 12 Drink plenty of fluids Have nutritionally rich food Avoid spicy food Zytee gel for local application 3 times a day

Just take multivitamins and folic acid tablets after asking your Gynecologist because during pregnancy there may happened such things so take guidance of of your Gynecologist
