Mouth ulcer
I have mouth ulcer from last 2-3 days .. I have severe pain in right side wisdom teeth .. coz of ulcer .. difficult to eat or chewing the food .. any home treatment or what to do .: or it will go away by itself .. I m suffering from the pain .. irritating also

Ulcers in the mouth can be due to numerous reasons. See that you don't have any gastric problems because that can lead to ulcers as well. Moreover avoid stress and take a good night's sleep. On the ulcer you can apply mucopain gel with your index finger and gently massage for few seconds. Also warm salt water rinses will help. Take ketorol dt in case of pain for 3 days. Discontinue after that.

For the ulcer you can apply Rexidine M forte gel. This has chlorhexidine which prevents bacteria from growing and analgesic for the pain .
Also please get evaluated by a dentist after the lockdown for any sharp teeth. Ulcers can be because of sharp cusps of your teeth as well.. And if there are multiple ulcers in your mouth it could be because of riboflavin deficiency . If u have recurrent and multiple ulcers - use tab riboflavin 20mg /per day for 15 days

Let’s address to pain first
Augmentin 625 mg twice x 3 days
Combiflam thrice x 3 days
Pan D 40 twice before meals
Chlohexidine mouth wash
Multi vit once a Day
100 percent it will subside
If the pain still persist (low grade)
Continue for 2 more days
After lockdown remove the wisdom teeth
Stay safe

For the ulcer use mucopain gel or dologel ct..... Take a small amount on the index finger and apply on the ulcer two to three times a day.
Rinse the wisdom tooth area with salt in lukewarm water........ Keep the area clean with regular rinsing
If pain exists then you take medication aceclofenac twice daily
Consult your dentist when the pandemic situation improves and get the needful treatment dine

On ulcer apply Hexigel thrice daily for 5 days
For wisdom tooth pain,take:-
Tab O2 twice daily for 5days after meals
Tab Combiflam twice daily for 5days after meals
Tab Rablet D once daily for 5days before meals
Warm saline rinses between meals
Hexidine mouthwash twice daily for 14 days
☆☆☆If patient is alcoholic or has consumed same within 15 days DO NOT take O2 as it has life threatening reaction instead take Augmentin 625mg

Apply dentogel or dologel CT 3-4 times per day on ulcer, Tab. Zerodol-sp 3 times per day for 3 days... Please also use warm water gargle with salt 2-3 times per day or can also use thermokind mouthwash 10 ml gargle for 1 minute twice daily. Then please consult to a dentist for permanent relief......that can be Pericoronitis..or normal apthous ulcer or some other conditions..

Apply Dologel CT thrice daily over the ulcer for a few days.
If the pain is severe due to wisdom tooth then take Enzoflam thrice daily for 3 days.
Also take tablet Pan D half an hour before breakfast for 3 days
