I have been having ulcer on my tongue since last 1.5 years & taken various kind of medical treatment but no improvement. ulcer mainly located on edges of my tong. I am 28 year old mail, 83 kg having history of smoking

If it is from last 1.5 year, you should get it check by oral maxillofacial surgeon nearby you. Because normally ulcers heal in 14 days. Better get yourself examined as soon as possible.
