  4. Mouth ulcer. Changed. please suggest.

Hi, my daughter is 1 year 1 month old and weigh 7 kg. She has light fever from past 2 days and got throat infection and mouth ulcer. She is not able to have anything and is only on breast feeding and due to mouth ulcer she is salivating alot. And her voice  has also changed. Please suggest.
