Mouth ulcer
From my childhood i have been getting mouth ulcers small or large craters in lips tounge and inner mouth linings.....i have been prescribed lot of pain killers, oitnments but it is not working....i will get atleast 3 or 4 times a month. Can u please help me with this thing.

hello, you can apply baking soda over it or do baking soda in water mouth rinses. this will help to heal your ulcers. if they still persist you need to consult a physician and get your Vitamin B levels checked. if required take supplements for it.

Hi there...avoid taking spicy ,hot ,chilly food items , avoid smoking ,chewing beetle nuts , alcohol, take vitamin tablets ,apply local anesthetic to area ,have tender coconut, buttermilk . have lot of fruits and vegetables..consult nearest physician they will do the needful.

Hi.. kindly take bifilac lozenges to improve the oral microflora. Take antioxidants like vit. Did and lycopene.. or tab. Becosule.. avoid spicy foods.. drink lots of water and avoidance of stress..hope it would be helpful
