Mouth ulcer and grey hair and constipati

Question

Asked for Male, 32 Years

After 6 month to one year I have mouth ulcer hair become grey due to constipation then every Doctor prescribe becosule or becosules z capsule two times after meal and lactic fiber at night but I don't relief. I relief only neurobion forte tablet with celin(vitamin c) 100mg TABLET two times after meal . only few ingredient are different in nurobion like nicotinamide 45 mg but in becosule niacinamide and CALCIUM panthothenate 50mg but in becosule this is 100mg. So please suggest only single TABLET .I don't want to take two TABLET.
