My brother suffers from mouth sores from a few years and at a time he have multiple sores in his mouth. What could be treatment? He doesn't have ailments.

plz use multivitamin tablet daily once atleast for 15 days and use dentogel or mucopain oint over ulcers daily twice halfnhr before food for 10 days... symptoms will subside slowly if not consult ENT doctor
