Dot the mouth sore from last month. I have take consultation with doctor. But still having problems. And also got 2 new mouth sore. Any suggestions?

Plz apply mucopain ointment only over the lesion halfnhr before eating food sir daily 3 times for 5 days along with multivitamin for 10 days and plz maintain proper hydration sir
