Mouth position has slightly changed

Asked for Male, 27 Years

I went to sleep on saturday with everything fine, but when i woke up on sunday morning,my mouth position was slightly moved to my right. I am very scared that can this is paralysis attach or something else. Please suggest me what to do. I am very very scared now.
