Yes you have to take vitamin b complex once for a week.if you are having constipation than take treatment of that and feel any sharp edges of tooth that can create infalammation and also check food you are taking at this time sometime it can also create inflammation.
Namaskaram, Burning sensation in the mouth could be due to a variety of reasons. Vitamin deficiency, certain medications, smoking and alcohol consumption or spicy food could be behind the curtains. They initiate dryness in the mouth which causes the sensation. Chewing gums which contain Xylitol can help increase the saliva production to cope with dryness. Smoking and oral health, don't go well together. It is always best to run to a physician as he would be able to guide you to rule out vitamin deficiency and provide appropriate medications. Or your online food delivery can be non spicy. Team Shambhala.
