Hello, as u have wisdom tooth eruption , tenderness in ear region may b due to that . Coming to d locking , it may be due to that and may be transient and may subside gradually . Also u hv ulcers in ur mouth .

Apply mucopain on ulcers .
Cold fomentation .
Not to open the mouth wide and not to sleep on affected side .

Since your age is 19 your wisdom tooth is erupting because of which your jaw is getting lock if you open and close your mouth.but it's very difficult to find out the exact reason, so please visit dental clinic
