Tobacco stains won't go easily. The intensity of the stains depends on for how long was the tobacco consumption taken place.
Next Steps
Get a thorough examination done by a dentist. It will help the dentist to rule out the exact cause of your pain

the stains will not go off on their own. You need to visit your dentist for help. For how many years you have been in the habit of tobacco chewing, what was your frequency etc , you need answer a few questions as well. If your skin is affected, its healing will depend upon how badly its affected and for how long it was exposed to tobacco. its better you visit a dentist fro examination and evaluation of your status.
