Thick lump in mouth on left chick. I have history of eating tobacco for more than 10 years. My left chick and teeth on the same side is paining since last week after quitting tobacco. Is it due to stopping tobacco or a mouth cancer?

You need to see a dentist immediately. The pain can be due to many things but not due to stopping tobacco. The thick mass maybe due to tobacco chewing and it needs to be examined immediately. If you're lucky it may just be a precancerous lesion which can be treated if caught in time. Please do not delay seeing a doctor.

More than 10 years is a pretty long history with tobacco usage. Your description is not sufficient to arrive at a rational diagnosis. Please post a photograph of the affected area. Or the the best option would be to visit an oral pathologist for a proper clinical examination. And please don't be so naive to think that quitting tobacco is causing your problem. You seem educated enough to understand the harmful effects of tobacco and quitting it is the first step towards any rational treatment. It is difficult to say anything with confirmation without a proper clinical examination but it is also possible that any of your tooth is having any infection causing the pain.
Next Steps
visit a dentist as soon as possible before the problem aggravates further.
you can also opt for direct consultation using Practo wherein you will be able to discuss the case in detail with the specialist. you will also be able to send the clinical photograph of the diseased area.
