Hello ... I know how stressful it is for a mother when her child gets sick . U have to understand one thing , for any antibiotic to work, it needs certain amount of time . In this disease the cause can be treated but the effect can be a problem. The most serious effect is dehydration . Is the baby feeding well ??? If yes then good . Have a look at the baby’s tongue if it’s moist or dry. I believe the medicine ur doc has suggested is appropriate .
Next Steps
Have u done any tests , if yes please upload it so I can guide you better . Is the baby active or playful???
