There are some wonderful medicines in homeopathy like cocculus, petroleum, argentum Nitricum, belladonna. The important thing is the medicine prescribed should match the case. Random prescription hardly helps. Make sure to consult and take proper homoeopathic treatment. Or give Cocculus 200 one dose one hour before a trip. It will reduce the complaints.
