My mother had an accident 2year ago.As a result her brain swell.so the doctor perform cranioctomy surgery at that time.A month after the surgery she was not concious .Then slowly she regained consciousness and started walking. At that time both her arms and legs were moving smoothly. After 2-3 months her right arm gradually became paralyzed. So the doctor did an MRI of the brain.doctor said after cranioplasty surgeryt will fix hand.So cranioplasty surgery was done. After cranioplasty surgery ncv test of hand was done and it came negative. Then brain mri was done.Porocenphalic cyst is shown in the MRI report of the brain. Now the doctor asks to do the surgery again.I don't want surgery. Is there any other solution to cure porocenphalic cyst in brain? Why is the hand and fingers paralyzed from the wrist down? What tests and treatments are needed to fix the hands?
