i would advise you not to self medicate. consult a registered medical practitioner for her. and if you are taking these medicines by some doctor then discuss these issues with them and you can arrive at a better conclusion.

First consult a cardiologist and have done with the examination part . After diagnosis we can start with homeopathic medicine along with antihypertensive drugs to control on a long term
Stop taking over the counter Homeopathic medicine as it acts only if it matches the case.
Consult and good Homeopathic doctor and take proper homoeopathic treatment.
Please start on modern medicines anti htns. Its important to keep b.p in check to avoid complications to end organs.Few things to remember
1.Low sodium intake and moderate exercise or walking 3 to 4 days a week.
2.Once antihtn started ,do not stop(there is no such thing as medicine stopped as b.p was normal)
All these medicine at a time will not help
Better than this consult a homeopathic physician and get her treated with proper medicine which will be given after complete ase history
