Hi, Yes she can have eggs. For fatty liver she must reduce fat and simple carbs( sugar, refune flour, bakery products and sweets) intake. Have high fibres (fruits and salads). EGGS CAN BE TAKEN IN BOILED OR POACHED FORM TO REDUCE FAT INTAKE. For blood pressure she must reduce the salt intake upto 2.5gm (half teaspoon) sodium a day. Must be having atleast 2.5 liters of water if there are no restrictions For that.

Yes you can have eggs , but in moderation. Infact eggs are rich in choline, which plays a role in transporting and lowering LDL or “bad” cholesterol.Cholesterol from food mostly ends up in the liver. If you are getting too much, this can increase your risk for fatty liver disease. Hence enjoy eggs but in moderation. You may have 1 whole egg in a day and other times have only whites. Avoid eggs in omelette or fried form. Hope this helps.
