Dear sir Please measure BP regularly in the morning. If it's low you should take more salt and water unless doctor told you not to do so. I have seen many patients with this symptom when morning blood pressure was low. Apart from this you can do regular physical exercise. Keep in mind that such symptom normally occur in summer season for few weeks.
