Is it healthy to eat 2 bananas, 2 apples ,5 badams ,5 cashew nut and any juice ( watermelon/orange/ pineapple) as breakfast? If not suggest me breakfast based on fruit which does not require any cooking.

Only fruits and nuts is not an ideal breakfast specially for some one of your age,for no cooking recipes that gives approximately right calories & other nutrients connect directly on practo app

Gud morning try to have it early morning then after 2 hrs try to have proper breakfast a composition of both carbs n protein rich food like flakes rice poha with legumes curry.

Not everyday same options are to be taken. Try taking variety of healthy meals as stuff roti, poha, upma, idli sambhar, veg sandwiches, Dalia, Dal & besan chillas, eggs etc. For personalised and detailed guidance contact directly.
