M 34 yrs old,unmarried urban woman. My periods coming frequently with in 23 days instead of 28 days. I have gained 30 kilos in 2 years and have frequent mood swings + thyroid TSH borderline + tendency and urge to hurt people by words frequently. Urge to eat junk food. Emotional eating. Can you help?
