Mood swings
I have pcod. I face extreme emotional ups and downs. At one moment i'll happy and after 2-3 day anxious and feel depressed. Some time so clam and relaxed in worst situation. And sometimes just full of rage. This change in behaviour affects my day to day life and my relationship with family and friends. And i have no idea how to handle it.

Hi Your emotional fluctuations seem to be strongly influenced by hormonal imbalances due to PCOD, which can lead to mood swings, anxiety, irritability, and even phases of emotional numbness or extreme calm. These shifts can feel unpredictable and may strain your daily life and relationships, making it difficult to maintain stability. Managing this requires a holistic approach—tracking your mood patterns can help you anticipate emotional shifts, while lifestyle changes like balanced nutrition, regular exercise, and quality sleep can support hormonal regulation. Practicing mindfulness, relaxation techniques, and cognitive reframing can help in handling emotional highs and lows more effectively. Additionally, open communication with family and friends about your experiences can ease misunderstandings and provide emotional support. If these mood swings significantly affect your well-being, seeking professional guidance—either through therapy or medical consultation—can offer deeper strategies for emotional regulation. You’re not alone in this, and with the right approach, it can become much more manageable.

Hi, It sounds like you're experiencing significant emotional fluctuations due to PCOD, which can be challenging and impact your daily life and relationships. The hormonal imbalances associated with PCOD can lead to mood swings, anxiety, and feelings of depression. To manage these ups and downs, consider keeping a mood journal to identify triggers, adopting self-care practices like regular exercise, meditation, and a balanced diet, and seeking support from friends, family, or a mental health professional. Understanding that these emotions are connected to your condition can empower you to find coping strategies that work for you.
