Mood swings.
I don't know how to explain it but I feel like my moods go up and down like for one week I'll feel happy and then after that I feel really low and sad for no reason sometimes. I don't really enjoy social activities anymore. My mum has been diagnosed with anxiety and depression as well. Could I have that too?, I don't have sucidle thoughts. Some days I'm easily frustrated. Not bothered to go out anywhere.
