I have been taking oleanz 2.5 mg for last 2.5 years as advised by my family doctor. Initially I don't know as if it was an anti-depressant medicine. I keep on taking the same as advised by my family doctor based on my symptoms. I don't feel any improvement in my condition. However, recently for last 6 months I had stop taking the medicine. I feel as if it is really effecting me now as I have been experiencing severe low mood with very little physical and mental activity. Whether I should start taking the medicine. Our family doctor is also no more and I not able to figure out whom I reach out for help.
Moreover, I has a fear of visiting psychiatrist also and start any medication as I feel fear of becoming dependent on those medicine for life long.
