  4. Monthly periods pain. Is very heavy.

Monthly periods pain
Have intense pain in lower abdomen even before actual menstrual bleeding starts. Its unbearable. Have done all scans and they are normal. No cysts found. My cycle is regular and first two days bleeding is very heavy.
