Hello Doctor, My father is 65 yrs old. his sugar level is Glucose fasting - 125 mg/dl Glucose post prandial - 134 mg/dl Not on any medicine. No diabetic history. Ps - diagnosed with covid in 2020 and was on steroid that time.

Noted fasting slightly high.... Check once HbA1c, and check blood sugars other time of the day like 2 hour after lunch, before lunch,  defore dinner and 2 hours after dinner ... If all within 180, nothing to worry... just with diet and exercise.. can continue.. If more than that may need medication support with life style changes needed
