Hello .. very Small cluster of lumps around 15 to 25 had appeared on skin around penis .. painless and non itchy yet from past 10 days .. I have consulted some doctor he asked to apply lotion Contains salicylic acid upon .. I am scared to apply that as it may burn the delicate skin.. will that lumps disappear on its own? If yes minimum how long. I am abstaining from sex since I am married and have a kid of 4 years also what precautions should I take to not spread this
