It is not recommended to do laser therapy on a 9 year-old child. Let the moles be as they are for a few more years, since they naturally tend to become lighter with age.
Sometimes the mole may even increase in size during puberty at which time, removal can be considered.
For such a young child, it is better to not do anything to remove the moles as it can cause scarring and disfigurement, which will be very visible as it is on the nose.
