Asked for Female, 36 Years

I have a mole in my left eyebrow since childhood. With age it has been increasing In size. Now it is 2-3mm wide and round, black in color. But off late, it seems to be changing. Since last week it has turned grey and is paining. For 3 days it was paining, and now the pain has gone by itself. I wish to get it removed. Is it possible and will I loose my eyebrow hair if the mole is removed?
