Hello,
I have 15-20 moles around my neck & underarms.
I want to get rid off them permanently & instantly.
So I am thinking of going for surgery or laser treatment.
But some says that moles will grow again after few time after surgery. Is this correct? If it is correct then after how much time moles are expected to grow again.
Also tell me expected cost of this treatment.

You are having skin tags, not moles. Easily removed by radio cautery procedure under local anaesthesia.
