Mole on the body(shaft) of penis skin.
Mole started on the body of penis a week back. It was very small and I didn't bothered much as there was no pain. Now it has became big and surrounding skin has become hard. It's paining when I try to sleep in different posture at night. Today, it got opened and bit of pus and blood started coming. I have applied soframycin and cotton around it. Please help me with this
