Am having face allergy to mold (fungus).
Acne primarily on the Forehead (attached pic), and other exposed areas such as neck and hands. Usually happens overnight, while asleep.
As of now, taking Dazit M and Zempred (prescribed) which is giving temporary relief But I understand, Zempred shouldn't be taken in excess/for long duration.
Also using SebaMed (medicated) face wash regularly.
Tried Adapalene gel for a few days, but got a reaction (burning sensation).
P.S. All the above mentioned medications are prescribed, but still not getting a permanent solution to the mold allergy problem.

As it comes overnight and disappear s with zemphred iand comlng o er limbs too it is allergy no doubt and not acne. Any amount of anti acne are useless and wil add to problem GET hemogram and comprehensive allergy tast to pin point the cause. In your case it is environmental in nature.
Till u get reports stop zemphred at risk of flaring and worsening
Oral safe antihistamines and topical Calamine lotion are worth trying as they ate safe in long run too
