Mixed Anxiety Depression Carcadian Rythm
I m Subhamoy Halder from kolkata suffering from severe anxiety depression for the last 12 years.i m 32 now.recently for the last 1 yr or so i m facing horrible trouble with sleep.absolutely no sleep at night and at daytime i m feeling asleep.besides my blood pressure is always at higher side with normal at 140/90.i m under medication - morning 1 rivtotril 0.5mgand 1 betacap tr 60 and at night 2 rivotril o.5mg and 2 prothiaden 75mg.my work and my life has become miserable.

Hello mr.subhamoy,i am also from howrah.Look u are already in medication for long days.But u should knoe that to treat a disease with medicine ,management is also needed. To deal ur depression, good mental health is always needed.Consult psychologist online or offline and learn how to deal with depression, worse situation in life,how to cope up when u broken down etc. Best wishes...

In spite of being on treatment if der has been emergence of new symptoms suggests a need for change in ur medication. Consult a psychiatrist for detailed evaluation and treatment.

taking rivotril on regular basis for long period is not advisable as u tend to develop dependence on it. kindly get it sorted with a psychiatrist soon.
