Hello, Thank you for the query. Will surely help you. Cows milk should be avoided as the baby might not be able to digest it. It is better if you add pumped breastmilk to the cerelac or you can use infant milk powders too. Hope this information helps. For a customised diet plan through an online or an in-person consultation, you can reach out to me via practo or on www.vasundhara.me . Thanks

It is better to mix cerelac with warm water or infant formula milk (if breast feeding is less) till 1 year as cows milk  can trigger allergies and digestive issues in baby. Please make a direct consultation for a balanced weaning diet chart for the baby to ensure intake of all essential nutrients

Cerelac is a ready to eat meal for the baby, but never depend solely on the ready to eat meal. If your baby is entering into 7th month, you should use certain variety of home made food in alternative day, like puffed rice powder, chirwa powder, poha etc in specific quantity. You can contact a Dietitian to get the proper diet plan. You can contact me online. Take care of the baby..

Hi, Ideally top milk like cow's milk can be started after 6 months. Breastfeeding should be continued for 1 year. Cerelac can be mixed in either mother's milk or top milk or warm milk. It's best to avoid formula feed and give natural feed. Ragi Satva, Rava, Rice flour porridge can be given.

Hi dear Greetings for the day! You can start cereals with water, but protein in milk are difficult to digest for a 7 month old. I will suggest you to get a weaning chart for your little one as he is also going to start teething and need good source of iron, omega  and zinc for better brain development.
Next Steps
you can consult me for any other queries or any diet related issues.
Health Tips
Cereals can be started with water. Always start one food at a time and gradually start increasing the consistency.
