Mithergine for start bleeding or stop?
I was 5weeks pregnant and as per doctor advice I took medicines for abortion ans bleed for one week. Aftrt USG report as per doctor some tissues are still there. My doc has advised mithergine to clear those tissues. Confused whether mithergine is to stop bleeding or start bleeding and clear tissues ...no bleeding till now...taken 2 tablets in a day yesterday

Methergine causes forceful uterine contractions...which obliterates bleeding uterine vessels and expulses uterine content...so both
