I think I'm pregnant and I have pain in my lower abdomen and left side of uterus . I haven't got my periods this month. Plz help I'm really scared

You can do a urine pregnancy test to see whether you are pregnant.  If you come out positive then you need an urgent check up as one sided pain in early pregnancy is serious
