Since your expected date was 6th April and your test on 13th April is negative, the possibility of pregnancy is low but not completely ruled out, as early testing can sometimes miss detection. A delayed period can also occur due to hormonal fluctuations, stress, lifestyle changes, or conditions like Delayed menstruation.
If your cycles have always been regular, this change needs observation, but it is often temporary and reversible in many cases.
Next Steps
Wait for a few more days and observe if your period starts naturally. Avoid panic, as stress itself can further delay the cycle. If the delay continues, it is advisable to seek proper guidance for evaluation and reassurance. Health Tips
Maintain a calm mind, proper sleep, and regular meals, as these directly influence your cycle. Avoid overthinking or repeated checking, as it increases anxiety. Most such delays are not serious, and with proper care, your cycle usually returns to normal. Thank you
