I have missed my periods by one day and I suspect that I might be pregnant I want to know about tests to confirm early pregnancy as I would like to terminate it.

Few days Delaying of period is not meant by pregnancy. Wait for minimum 15 days. Otherwise good to consult a gynac dr near by you
