Missed periods after removing copper UID

Question

Asked for Female, 40 Years

I did not get periods for 2 months now after removing copper UID. I did home pregnancy check which came negative. I took regesterone 10 for 5 days twice. Yet no periods. Please suggest. I have thyroid and fibroid as well.
