Missed periods 2 months

Asked for Female, 24 Years

Hi I have missed my periods for 2 months, took Nordat to get one.but no use, what can be done. Took pregnancy test in January which was negative.Feb &Mar skipped, no clue whats this is. Was sexually active but took precautions
