Missed Period/Negative Pregnancy Test.

Asked for Female, 21 Years

I started taking birth control the day of my last period October 21. I’ve missed my period by 3 days last had sex the day of my ovulation nov 11 have since felt nauseous gassy tender breasts dizzy headaches overly tired than usual loss of appetite cravings for some things. And just last night I went from being constipated and have rectum pain to having diarrhea and extremely nauseous. I tested the after my missed period and got a negative.

Do a repeat pregnancy test as it might be either a delayed pregnancy ,or a harmonal disturbance caused by pills in which case u would need to wait for a few days to get ur periods.
