I period is 2 weeks late,but pregnancy test show negative.also have white discharge,sore nipple.generally i almost always have 28-30 day menstrual circle. is there anything serious?

Do a ßhCG. If that is negative, you will need detailed examination for your symptoms. You will need couple of more tests as well
