  4. Missed period. Late at max. please help!

Missed period
I havent got my period. According to 28 days cycle, i am a week late. I am sexually active but me and my partner take precautions always. I took a pregnancy test today(urine) and it showed clear negative. I am worried. Help! Even when i am late, i am at most 2 or 3 days late at max. Please help!
