Asked for Female, 24 Years

Hi Doctor, I am 26 years old, unmarried. My LMP was on the 5th of Aug. I haven't got my periods this month. I did a pregnancy test using prega news twice -once in the second week of this month and the next test last Wednesday. Both came out negative. I usually have a 30 day cycle. However, have missed it this month. I am planning to visit a gynecologist next week. What could be the possible reason for my missed period? Thanks.
