  4. Missed period. Might be the problem?

Hi I'm married & underwent laproscopy fr endometriosis in the month of July, my gynaecologist suggested me to undergo treatment for 3 months (injection) I missed my period after injection & I'm sexually active. I checked through pregnancy test kit , the result is negative. What might be the problem ?
