Endometriosis- need of Laproscopy or not
I went to Gynecologist for my infertility treatment, she said I am having a small endometrioma and because of endometriosis my organs are stick together. She suggested that I may be having pelvic adhesions and due to which I cnt conceive naturally and suggested IVF & Laproscopy. Kindly check my reports

Yes looking at your scan ,better to go ahead with laproscopy. So that the endometrioma can be removed and further tubal latency etc can also be seen
