Missed period for the first time
I am 28y old female unmarried and not sexually active..till date my periods we're regular and normal I have 35 days of cycle..but this mont my period got delayed last period was on 9/11/18 still I have not got my period..I did Ultrasound of pelvis showed no abnormality and cbc and tsh are normal..wat must b possible reason m really worried..taking primolute n is a safe option or no? Plz help

If sonography is and blood reports are normal you should not worry, menses may start with in a wk, you may take primolute N, it is quit safe.
