Missed my periods for the first time
I am 28y old female unmarried and sexually inactive..my last period was on 9/11/18 yet I didn't get it..my ultrasound showed no abnormality cbc and tsh r normal..m too tensed m I ovulating or no?? Should I wait more or take tab primolute n??? Plz help m too worried
